Moving AGAIN, Saying Good-Bye AGAIN, and All That Stuff

April 18th

This morning, the kids and I will pick Robby and Ian up from the airport. After we get the big moving truck and get home, we will be loading it and if we get it done, we will leave possibly tomorrow--if not Thursday. Packing has gone well, just have a few ends to tie up, you know those boxes that are the last ones that have everything from every room of the house, you know like a stock pot, baseball gloves, towels. Every box has to be filled to the rim or it ain't goin'!

Caelin, took it upon himself to get his room packed--he had the right idea with boxes and tape, but not the right kind of tape--scotch tape! And the 10 boxes could have been only 5. Do you think he will notice that I re-packed them?!?

Chery came over last night to be my "MORAL support." We really didn't tackle anything too big, but we got a lot of little stuff done. The house is seeming empty, and so am I. But at the same time, there is an excitement building. I just won't be able to let that excitement come out til' my last tear is shed for the wonderful people in my life here in Borger.

Robby and Ian's plane is to touch ground at 10:45 this morning. Please pray for a safe trip. We though Ian would be excited about going on the airplane, but he has stated he would "rather fly on a helicopter," as if he had any say so in the matter. He's been having fun with his daddy. They've been able to spend a lot of time together. One thing they have been doing between customers is playing paper football. I had forgotten all about that game; my brother and I used to play that game all the time. Robby said Ian is gettin to be quite competitive. He said he liked to win to see what Ian's reaction would be.

It may be a while before I am able to blog again. The computer will be the last to go. But if I get a chance, I will post one last time until we get the ole Dell up and going again!

God Bless!

Hope all went well.
I'm glad you have such sweet memories of Borger. God was so good to you to place you there after Katrina's "negative waves".
And I hope we get to see you more often from your new location.
