We are glad to be celebrating Robby's birthday this year! He turned 46--WOW, I am married to an old man. Robby is doing better and better each day and having more good days than he is bad ones. He is working a half days and enjoying getting out, but I think he is enjoying home and being with the kids too.
This is a study the girls and I do--we do it once a week, but we'd like to do even more. If you have girls, this book is a must! It is a book for mothers to use in training their daughters who are approaching womanhood to think biblically. "Through stories, conversational teachings, illustrations, and memory-making projects, Raising Maidens of Virtue covers topics such as guarding the tongue, idleness, sibling relationships, honoring parents, contentment, modesty, purity, cleaniliness, and femine biblical beauty."
I cherish this time with my daughters. The book is actually geared toward 12-13 and up, but Morgan, almost 6, sometimes sits in with us and helps with the scrapbooking part.
If you are intersted in purchasing the book, go to Robby's blog, and you will see an icon that says Vision Forum; from there, type in the book's name in the search area.
Yum! Yum! Lindsay's doing what they do best! Morgan with her new cousin, Emily. These girls are in need of some serious toe nail polish! I am already scheduling an appointment when they come back in June!
